Connected Care expanding in Hong Kong
Two new initiatives have been announced for customers in Hong Kong.
Delivered in collaboration with Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited (QHMS) and Mannings Pharmacy, we’re combining expertise from across the wider Bupa family with trusted local healthcare partners. Making healthcare more accessible, convenient and connected.
Simplified access to care through MembersWorld
Customers can now book appointments with QHMS clinics directly through MembersWorld, bringing provider search and appointment booking together in one place and making it easier to access care when needed.
Faster support for common health concerns through PharmaCare
Through the PharmaCare Programme, delivered with QHMS and Mannings, customers can access pharmacist consultations and medication for certain minor illnesses at selected pharmacies across Hong Kong.
The service offers convenient access to timely advice and treatment, while helping ensure customers are directed to the most appropriate level of care. They’ll also have the added bonus of direct billing, creating a seamless experience from start to finish.
